I’m Jason, the inspector behind Comprehensive Home Inspections.
Before becoming a certified home inspector, I spent over 15 years working in residential construction right here on the Avalon. Working primarily as an electrician, but with hands-on experience in nearly every part of the building process, I’ve worked on new home builds, extensive renovations, and everything in between, giving me a strong understanding of how local homes are constructed and how they hold up over time.
Why I Started Inspecting Homes?
Over the years, I came across too many inspection reports that felt vague, packed with jargon, or written by someone with little real hands-on construction experience. I knew I could do better.
So I trained with Carson Dunlop, became a member of the CAHPI, and built a business focused on delivering clear, detailed inspections backed by real-world experience.
